My kettlebell

My kettlebell is my friend!!  I dusted her off a few weeks ago and got started again.  I am focusing on my swing technique and really trying to get it right.  I feel I have good hip snap and am really working on increasing my sets slowly.  I still prefer swinging with one hand over swinging with two.  I like alternating 5 and 5 then doing like 2 or 3 two handed swings and back to 5 and 5 alternating.  It is working for me right now, so I'll stick to it till I can get stronger.  I feel it is more of a pull in my low back by doing the two handed swing and that maybe I am doing something wrong because I know that two handed should be easier than one handed.  I have been messing with adjusting the speed with which I go back down into the hike portion of the swing and that is helping somewhat.  I also feel that if I hinge forward just a slight bit more on the down swing that it relieves most of the tension in my low back.  I'll be playing with things here and there till I get it dialed in.  Anyway, I am happy to be playing with my bell again, it feels great.
